Me luv keen-wa bowls

  • 9079CEA7-51E1-4C60-A680-182D212D0568This is such a great bowl for when you’re on the move or when you waited too long to eat lunch (that would be me today – blank face emoji). I made a salad out of it last night and today decided to make it different and leave out the greens and salad dressing. YEESSSS!! Recipe👇🏽
  • Makes two servings
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa (follow package instructions)
  • 1 package frozen organic corn
  • 2 handfuls salted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp tocos
  • pinch of sea salt
  • black pepper

Add 1 to 2 tbsp of ghee to a hot non stick pan, when it melts add frozen corn and stir around pan (about five minutes), then add cooked quinoa and pumpkin seeds. Continue to stir and add two punches of sea salt, black pepper and the tocos (rice bran soluble powder that’s packed with vitamin e and d), and combine. Pour into bowls and add a squeeze of lime. Boom done.
